It was a long day, Stan did not even make it into his bed...
Hans changed job in 2002 and in 2003 we could no longer postpone moving closer to his new office in Houston Texas. We sold the house in Bloomfield and were ready to move.
We nor the movers could believe how much stuff we had crammed into our house. When the truck was finally on it's way, we took the minivan to drive from Michigan to Texas and have some vacation in Heartland USA.
The trip took us 5 days and we saw 7 states between Michigan and Texas. An amusement park in Ohio, Mephis Tennessee and the Mississippi river delta were the main points of interest.
